Cat 2 $400.00 $30.00 _ _ Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $30/month. Large pets (31-50 lbs) are $50/month. Maximum of 2 indoor cats per household. The deposit is per pet.
Dog 2 $500.00 $30.00 _ 50 Weight and breed restrictions apply. Maximum of 2 dogs under 50 pounds allowed. The following breeds are not permitted: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweilers and Wolf Hybrids.
